This store is terrible. Do not purchase anything from them. My purchase finally came after 2 weeks and the box was in bad shape with no outer box, and the UPC code had been removed. I opened it up to find a used scanner that was in less than new condition. I called customer service and arranged to return the unit for a new one. They lost my replacement order and when I finally contacted them regarding the replacement, they said they would look into it. They finally shipped one with no notice to me. I waited 5 days for the new unit to arrive, and this unit was also a returned item and was missing all the software and instructions. It will be returned ASAP and I will NEVER purchase any thing from them again. I only hope they credit my charge card for the amount of my purchase that they have had for over 30 days!

My on line shopping experience was almost like shopping from a regular store, without the steep gas prices,long lines, and hurried sales people.
The website has everything I needed in one location. Very pleasant on line shopping.
I got my package very quickly even though I used the free standard shipping. I was pretty happy with everything.

I purchased an Intellishred shredder from this merchant. I would buy from this merchant again and would definitely refer others to them. There was a small calculation error on the website, but their fast and friendly customer service department took care of the problem immediately.
I was also thoroughly impressed with their order fulfillment time. I received my order the next day even though I placed the order in the late afternoon. The product was in perfect condition when it arrived. Great merchant!

This company provides no support for products purchased on their site. In addition, once this company sends out the product, they never want to see it again entirely ignoring their published 30-day return policy. Once paid, the credit card company had immense difficulty - which has still not been satisfactorily resolved - returning the purchase amount back to me for equipment that stopped working after the first 8 days.

I was looking for a new home/office fax machine. I shopped several web sites and looked at many many reviews. I could not believe it when I stumbled across A Matter of Fax. They have great prices and excellent service.... I had never heard of this company before...I wish more people knew about them. Their Web Site is easy to navigate. They have pictures of all of their products and great prices. Everyone should shop here.

The customer service department was very helpful for me. I had a faulty projector bulb that I purchased through them, they responded back quickly and told me to send back the faulty bulb. They replaced the bulb for me with no hassles and problems. A matter of fax is a business that I have told others to use, and will continue to spread the word of their business. Their supply and selection is very extensive. I will purchase through them again.

Amazingly fast shipping!! I ordered the product on a weekend, the were options for shipping and one was free. I was in no hurry so I chose the free (slower) method. I received the email with the tracking # on Wednesday and it showed as Delivered!! In 3 business days with Free Shipping! and buy far the Lowest price on the Web. After using the Printer for a couple weeks now I am thoroughly impressed with the speed and quality of this product. Especially for the price that A Matter of Fax was selling it for. I cannot Rave about this company enough. I purchase online quite a bit and I have never come across such prompt service and at an amazing price. Thank you Thank you thank You a matter of fax!

I will never purchase anything from A Matter Of Fax again. The last two times I attempted to purchase items from them, they indicated that the shipping was free and there was no tax. I paid by PaPal and both times they added substantial shipping charges (almost 20%) to the PayPal payment. When I learned of it I cancelled the orders. They are absolutely the WORST!!

I have purchased from "A Matter Of FAX" before and I keep coming back. I recently purchased a Brother FAX-2820. The price was the best on the web, speed of delivery and customer support are outstanding. And if the cake isn't enough, the icing is FREE delivery!!!! Other sites add as much as $20 to the price for shipping. I don't know how AMOF can afford to do it, but I'm enjoying every minute of it!
