Who ever is pulling the order for shipment, cannot read. This is the second order that was filled incorrectly. The order form was correct, but they missed the right product by a mile. I will shop AccessoryGeeks again, but the delivery of the ordered product at that time, will determine if I shop with them again. The savings do not off-set the hassle of me having to call to straight THEIR ERROR out. All orders should be checked by someone other than the puller.

The free shipping was an incentive...but since I had to return my item...i did not realize there is 15% restocking fee.
There live chat only works once you have an order#....you can't use it to ask a question online about a product.
I found the products to be poor in quality and design.
Instructions for items are terrible...although i was told that i could have gone online for further instructions (after the fact!!!)
I will go to a local retailer and see product before purchasing.
I'm hoping i'll get the some credit back...the phone rep was very adamant about telling me that credit will only apply if all parts are returned ....I can only hope that the person opening the package doesn't lose the microscopic screw that came with the clip assembly!!!!

Ordered a battery and got confirmation of the order. The next day I get an email that it is on backorder and will be shipped soon. Usually in 24 to 48 hours and that's the last I have received from them.So I don't know when I will ever get the DAMN BATTERY!!!!! If they didn't have it in stock, it should have said so on their website, so I could have ordered it from someone else who did!!!!!
