easy on line ordering, but NO customer service with no phone # and never responded to emails - I am not sure they even really exist.
 I would not shop here again

My experience was absolutly horrible do not shop here not only did I not get my item but I wasnt issued a refund after they told me they would and everytime I call they never answer the phone and recently I tried calling and the number has been disconnected so Plz I urge you not to shop here I thought I would come here because it would save me money and it ended up costing be because I got screwed over these people are liars cheats and cannot be trusted do listen to them and dont order from them.
I would not shop here again

I ordered a pitching machine on 7-30-07. Today is 5-14-07 and I still do not have my order. According to the web site it is "pending".I have called their 1-800 number several times and get a voice mailbox that is full. I found their local number and it has been disconnected. I finally had to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge. I am hoping that this is just a misunderstanding but so far it's not looking good.
I would not shop here again
