While I think that I will enjoy the product I have chosen once it arrives and is installed, I feel like the merchant could have kept me posted better by updating the progress of my order through email. I had to call after 10 days to find out the status of the order and after that contact, have heard nothing since. They did tell me when the order is expected to ship. I still feel like I'm left guessing and will have to be the one to keep contacting them. Just a little communication on their part would keep me content. Thanks.

I have shopped at Bellacor in the past with good results - wide selection, good prices, good service. This time I ordered a 450 dollar chandelier. It was made by a company that claims some connection with Lightoleer, a company I have known and trusted for 30 years. The product was made in China. The 12 glass candles were packaged as if made by several different manufacturers. One did not fit at all. Now they are quoting six weeks plus to get me a replacement. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. I know this is not directly Bellacor's fault, but they should be able to demand better service from their suppliers.

to date we have not received our order even though ordered 6/24/08.our credit card has been billed.cannot find information on website to correspond with customer service about whereabouts of order.do not like to be put on hold while making phone inquries.

Product was received quickly. The quality of the wood and its finish are very good. On one of the units the screw holes used to attach the shelves were probably drilled in the wrong place. And as a result, the shelves don't fit flush with the wall. We attached the units to the wall (I live in earthquake country).I ordered 2 units and the other unit is fine and sits flush.

One lamp had a slightly bent socket -I straightened it and it seems to be OK but it was confusing that it was bent in the first place as the packaging was not damaged and the lamps were well padded with packing materials.
