tred using google checkout for this purchase and it was a disaster.I love in the Caribbean so i have my billing address linked to my google account. Bluefly cancelled the order and when I contacted them they stated it was actually google who cancelled the order,when I contacted google they stated Bluefly was at fault....to much hassle
 I would not shop here again

I am a loyal Bluefly customer for many years. However, my recent experience may change that. The item I ordered was not correctly packaged from the warehouse, so as a result I got another handbag - which was for my daughter's birthday. The 3 Bluefly cust. service reps were equally poor in handling the return and my request for some consolation offer.... still waiting to hear from a supervisor. Done!

It was a positive experience. This merchant has an extremely broad selection of merchandise and I enjoy "window shopping". I have had no problems with any purchase I made with this merchant (this was about the third time I have ordered something from this merchant). I have always received the items very quickly. Although product was supposed to be name brand, top quality, and priced that way.. It seemed kind of cheaply made, as if I could have paid a quarter for it out of the machines in stores!!! But service was still good, so can't really complain other than to know better than to purchase things online because you can't see them before you buy them!
