Service is excellent -- timely shipments as well as customer service. I ordered the wrong cable; a phone call to the company and a reorder took care of that. Site intuitively easy to use. Site search capability excellent. Prices highly competitive. Shipping options and costs were easy to find, understand and choose. Product information is excellent removing any doubt that I had regarding purchasing the correct cables I needed. The UPS order tracking link was very helpful and allowed me to schedule my pickup at our shop in town. An FAQ on how to decide whether cable ferrites are necessary would be helpful, since many cables have the option.  I would shop here again	Author's Rating:

Products are easy to find and order. When one item was out of stock an e-mail was sent to ask me how I wanted it handled. The phone call requested was curteous and allowed me to add to the order while waiting for the out-of-stock item to arrive.
