Terrible! You pay for all returns, even when it's their fault. They lie to avoid added costs of correcting their errors. Even the delivery was unusually delayed. Here's the ugly history: (1) They shipped me a lesser version product than what I ordered - it was missing parts that were supposed to be included in the higher-end item I paid for. (2) The part I did receive was NOT new, it was refurbished - it was a defective item that had previously been returned, and then got resold to me (batteries were already installed in the keyboard when it arrived!). (3) I had to ship the package back at my expense, they refuse to pay for RMAs (CAUTION: read the fine print!!). (4) They lied about the defect and just immediately claimed the item was fine. (5) They lied about my RMA, and claimed I requested a refund (I requested they replace it with a proper item ), but the FINE PRINT says that they do not refund shipping costs if you ask for a refund! Stay away from this slimy operation.

I didn't know if this product would be available anywhere because the video card is several years old and is no longer supported. Compuvest had the cable/ adapter and I received it in 3 days even though I only paid for regualr ground shipping. Outstanding!!

They would not accept my credit card and said they needed more information. They said if I did not respond within 24 hours my order would be cancelled. I still do not know if my order was cancelled or shipped. I ordered the same camera from a competitor at a similar price because of the hasle in ordering from compuvest.com

Confirmation of order, but then no contact or update of the order for 1 week, and started to wonder what was happening, finally received advice that item shipped and could then be tracked by USPS, which was then fine. Delay between order and advice of shipping was too long without further communication.

Product was EXCELLENT, but shipping was slow, slow! It took me until the 29th to receive the order when it was shipped on the 21st. The seller shipped the item on time, but FedEx was just extremely slow, and expensive. I think Compuvest should use other shippers in addition to FedEx. Overall, a good experience, great product at a great price!
