Designer Linens Outlet has a good web site with good information that is well organized. I was particularly pleased to note how well their transaction software worked. The first time I clicked submit on my order my brower icon was spinning and spinning a long time. I thought "oh no" something's screwed up and I won't know if my order really went through. A minute or two later, a clear message appeared saying there had been a communications problem and to resubmit. I resubmitted and everything worked fine -- so I was actually very pleased that I got a reassuring message that didn't leave in limbo. Also product delivery was one day earlier than I expected. All good!

Great service. My pillows were received in excellent condition....not smashed and wrinkled. I sincerely appreciate the care taken in making sure they arrived ready to place on my bed. In addition, they were more beautiful than they appeared on the website. I am very pleased.

Good experience, got what I asked for. There was a very short shipment delay, but I was informed right away and the delay in no way caused any concern for me. Good customer service and proactive customer service. The only thing that would have made my experience more complete would have been if the sheets that I was looking for to match the pillow cases were available.

Designer Linen Outlet... they are the best. I love their website and I have called them and talked with Robin, who is wonderful! I will go nowhere else to buy what I can purchase fron DLO. Also, I am disabled and unable to physically "shop", so, DLO is a Godsend for me. I just say "thank you"!

I wrote an email stating I had an exchange situation and asked how I should go about it and got no response. Then I didn't get the 50% off price because it was a newer model pillow and that wasn't stated on-line as an exception to the discount. So I had to cancel that part of the order.

Very happy with DLO - have not returned items but appreciate the enclosure of instructions to do so. I would appreciate a 24/7 live response at their number since I had questions in determining my selection which could not be answered because of the weekend. Many of us shop at night or weekends and are not available during the day.

And my duvet cover is perfect!!! one suggestion would be to list the thread count of all bedding items....I was skeptical of what I was going to get, since it wasn't listed. I ordered a sham and a throw pillow in ice blue color. They sent them in quartz color, not what I ordered. I had to return them for exchange but their policy is no COD's so I had to pay the freight. Right now I'm out $50 for the merchandise and about $20 in shipping fees. I'll take the survey again when I see how well my return is handled. I intend to contact them and ask for a refund on my shipping charges and expect to receive what I ordered soon. If I'm not refunded the extra shipping charges, I'll be filing a complaint with the BBB.

I received everything I ordered in a timely manner and the order was complete as ordered. However, during shipping one box was completely opened and I was initially concerned but everything was there and in good condition.

I was very disappointed with the bathroom scale, quality of product less than exceptable, the scale weighs you ten ponds heavier then you are, that is not a good thing.....dial is made of plastic..what happened to glass ?? I guess the old addage "you get what you pay for really fit this product..... the unacceptable rating is for the scale only.. The sheets and quilt were great.....
