Great product and service after the sale. I would recommend them heartily. The only shortcoming, in my view, would be that the product I bought did not have a great owners manual as well. And I prefer to do almost everything by internet (website / e-mail), and I had to make three telephone calls to fully comprehend the usage and application of the purchased product.

The SAS hard drive in my Dell PowerEdge 2900/2950 server died. I ordered a replacement drive via FedEx international priority. The Maxtor 8J300S0 arrived the FOLLOWING day in London. I couldn't believe it got here so fast.
