What a joke. I shoul;d have known from the first time I called. The kid that answered the phone had no idea what he was talking about and sounded like he was still sleeping. He rushed through my order and it was a mess. Another lady called me back to tell me there was some missing information on my order - she was rude and frank. I was in need - so I kept the order and gave the lady all she needed. Two days later (when my two day air was supposed to arrive) I checked for tracking - my order still did not ship! They were "waiting for inventory". Horrible experience from beginning to end, I am now tapping my fingers for a refund.......I will never go back

I wish that I would have seen this thread before I used these clowns. I also received a used or reconditioned lamp from them and have left a message to that effect. I am now going to call my bank and place a complaint on the charge.

On January 29, 08 we required a rush delivery of an item. They had the best price around and promised next day delivery. The item was exactly what we needed and it was delivered to our door the very next day! LIFE SAVERS!!!

I have ordered twice from Electrified and have been very pleased with the prices, service and quality of the products purchased. I checked many sites on the net to find the product needed. Electrified prices were the lowest by far.
The products were shipped and received in a timely manner and were delivered in perfect shape.
I don't order that much from the net but if I was sure that if all on line stores were as good as Electrified I would do a lot more especially with the price of gas today.

You know, I am always weary when I buy from an on-line merchant for the first time. Because of that I always stay with a group of 3 whom have given me dependable service every time. But for some reason, I step out of line with my habits.

I was shopping for a replacement lamp for my Viewsonic projector however, all of the prices were more than I thought fair... That was, until I found "Electrified Discounters". The price was too good to pass. Worried I might be taking a risk to big I waited on the decision. Three weeks went by. The price at my favorite shops stayed the same. At "Electrifed" it went down, while their ratings stayed high, 5 stars on most sites I checked!

The transaction was painless and better yet, the lamp was at my door 3 days later! In the time that I was waiting for my delivery, I received frequent updates from them advising of the status. Total-Quality! That's all I can say. They are better than all of my previous favorites, by-far!

I originally ordered from a different company. After they had billed my credit card, I sent them an email to ask them how long it would be before it arrived. They said they had received an email from me saying to cancel my order so they did. They did not even notice that it was not my actual email nor did they notice it was not even signed with my name. Yes, my wife emailed them about ten times about this issue. They said they could not refund my money until the lamp came back. I then ordered from electrified.com. They were about $15 more expensive but it arrived on time and the lamp worked "right out of the box". I would buy from them again.
