The information on their site is incomplete so i had to call them and they were very helpful on the phone. and i did get one email saying it was in process. and now, 2 weeks later, it is still "in process"...but they have only limited customer service hours, so i can't call anyone until monday to find out why it hasn't shipped yet.

Somehow my order was not what I thought I ordred. I never even opened the clear packaging it was in. I found that their was a delay when I e-mailed back and when I got a response it was to let me know that they would e-mail me what I would have to do. this took a few days to get a response. I may have returned the merchandise and orered what I really thought I ordered but the company never acccepted the fact they may have filled my ordered wrong. Then I found out that their was a 20 percent stocking fee and then AI knew that I would never do business with this company again and will make sure other people know it too!

This whole business transaction with Medexsupply has been a complete disaster. It took 7 days for my transaction to show as processed and be shipped out with 2 day shipping which actually took a week. I called to cancel the order on the day it had been shipped out. DHL picked up the package on 9/13, and I contacted the merchant on 9/18, 9/19, and 9/20, telling them the date it had been picked up. Today is 9/24, and the company still hasn't received it. In the meantime, my card has been charged over $600, which for a student is a lot of money, and I will still have to wait up to 30 days for the credit card company to credit the card. And in the meantime, I have to do without the equipment that should have arrived within the week.

The order showed as processing for a week, no email confirmation was sent out either from the merchant or DHL, 2-day shipping was actually 7 day minimum shipping, and the seller has taken no action to resolve the situation yet. If you need efficient, reliable, customer-oriented service, CHOOSE ANOTHER SELLER.

I ordered on 08/30/2006. The status was "processing" every day or so that I checked. On 09/08 I received an e-mail that it had finally shipped. There was no notification that it would take a week to ship out. I am happy I didn't pay extra for 2 or 3 day shipping!
