Received dead keyboard and no response to RMA request

Ordered a Sun keyboard from MemoryX even though it was only $10 cheaper than OEM. It arrived in a couple of days, nice, however there were several dead keys. They apparently do no testing before shipping. I requested an RMA via their website, then received an email asking if I would like an RMA,
then nothing. A week later I called but they could not find the ticket number. Followed-up by email and received no response. Returned the keyboard but am still waiting for a refund.

Great Company

I found the ordering and shipping experience was quite fantastic. Delivery of the product was withing 24 hours of ordering. The product was new in the box and was exactly as advertised.

Absolutely horrible

This company has provided the worst service I have ever received from an online vendor. First of all they gave me a very hard time with my Credit Card. Finally they accepted it. Then they over charged me by $150. When I contacted them they said it was due to a mistake in the order. They shipped me 13 of an item instead of one. However, it does not stop there, the other item I ordered was not in the box even though it was on the packing list. I have had a surreal email exchange with their "Customer Service" department. It seems that the person who answer the email is simply not reading the history of the case. And everyone says something different.

I have given up dealing with them and asked my Credit Card company to refuse the charge.

Product in Stock; Extraordinary Service.

The web site is very easy to navigate, and it was easy to identify the memory to fit the Toshiba Satellite notebook. My wife needed the memory module ASAP, in order to take the California Bar Exam. The software program for taking the bar would not run under Windows Me. I installed Windows XP, but the laptop only had 128 MB of RAM, the minimum for XP. She called shortly after 5 PM, and they rushed to get the module out that evening, FedEx. The module arrived the next day, it installed easily, and her 4 year old laptop now runs Windows XP smoothly. Crisis averted.
My wife is happy, and I don't have to rush out and buy a new computer, while she studies.
Yes, because the memory module is identified by the computer with which it works, it is not immediately 100% clear that the module is an OEM part. However, reading the description under the part number quickly reveals that it is "Manufactured by Samsung" and "Compatible with . . ." various models. The bottom line, the memory is a quality product, and it works!

When it came time to upgrade the RAM memory for my laptop, I did quite a bit of searching online. Those chips all look the same to me, and it was very confusing trying to make sure I got the right memory for my computer. At other websites I kept   Read full review...

3rd party copy sent instead of advertised original

i ordered a refurbished apple powerbook ac adaptor; they sent an aftermarket adaptor, not the apple original. for an aftermarket copy, it was way overpriced. the false advertising was annoying. on the + side the delivery was quick
