The Greatest Computer Parts Store Ever

NewEgg is the first stop for myself and everyone I know when it comes to computer parts and other electronics. It’s the default place to get the best price and a good experience. I’ve personally spent thousands on parts from them and I’ve never been dissatisfied.
Prices
NewEgg always has the cheapest price or is at least very close to the cheapest you’ll find on the web. It’s so cheap that I often don’t even bother checking anywhere else because NewEgg has always had such good deals. This is made even better by their “deals of the day” they promote at the front of site and in each section, they’re almost always a good deal and sometimes they have just what you need on sale.
Shipping
Shipping is amazing with Newegg. They use UPS but they have the cheapest shipping rate I’ve ever seen. Lots of items have free shipping and all your stuff gets to your house in 3 days which is crazy fast for the price you pay. It’s also great because, as they expand, they buy new warehouses. When I first started shopping here, all the stuff came from California but now the most common items also ship from Tennessee which means shipping is even cheaper and quicker than before.
Product Search
The product search is so powerful on Newegg that I often use it even if I’m not buying the part from them. They have 3 different methods of narrowing down your search and dozens of specifications to sort by. This makes building a computer such a breeze because you instantly cut out all the products that won’t work with your system and then pick from what’s left. Once you use the Newegg product search you’ll wonder why no other sites come close.
Customer Service
Newegg has a 10% restocking fee which is bad if you buy a $500 graphics card and decide you don’t want it but that just encourages better research, I suppose. If you’re product breaks, though, they’re very good about fixing it. I had a headset break a week after their 30-day policy on it and they replaced it anyway. I also had an issue once where they removed a mail-in rebate from the site after I’d ordered 2 LCD’s from them and customer support gave me store credit for the difference in price.
