I ordered a AC adapter for my laptop from their site. I selected 3 Day Select Shipping. It took 8 days for me to receive it. I emailed one of the addresses it had on the shipping part of the site and the person who responded said it was not their company. I'm trying the other email address, but have yet to hear back from them.

I tried ordering a laptop battery from them. The page timed out twice when I was ordering so i closed it and ordered it from laptops for less. This site charged me 81 dollars and never sent me a conformation e-mail. I e-mailed them about it and got no response. I had to call them 3 times and then they give me an attitude and tell me it shipped already. Now I have to wait for them to send me a label and wait for it to get here to mail it back to them so they can refund my money. Don't buy anything from this site it really sucks. Horrible customer service and a horrible website. GO ELSEWHERE I WARN YOU.

Get this..I ordered a new battery for my computer. I paid the $10 extra to get it in 3 days . 5 days later i call and ask where my battery is. They said there was a hold up at the factory and i would get it monday, 7 days from the day i ordered it. I asked if i would get my $10 back and they said no, because they changed my order to 2 day service so i would get it on monday instead of tuesday,of the following week..That is, in 7 days instead of 8. Like they did me a big favor.And the wonderful 12 cell battery i got lasts less time than the original 6 cell...STAY AWAY from this company.
After using this new 12 cell battery for 2 weeks, the battery lasts 1.6 hours on my powersaver setting. I have an HP dv6000 laptop. Thats how long my old 6 cell original worked after 9 months of use. And the reason i replaced it. |

Although guaranteed to work, remanufactured cartridges registered as empty in my printer. Frequent emails to Neximaging brought no response. My request to return the cartridges was ignored. I filed a complaint with Maryland Better Business Bureau, but they couldn't get a response either! BUYER BEWARE!

I ordered the high capacity toner for my printer and I received the standard cartridges. I called and was told that they would call me back...after waiting several hours, I called them back and was told that they did not have the high capacity toner in stock and they would not be getting them until October. They then offered to credit my credit card for the difference in price (why charge me for something they never had in stock). This is the usual "bait and switch" sales technique. I refused and was told that they would send me a shipping label...which I am still waiting for. I guess I will have to ship the toner back at my expense and never do business with this company again! Take my advice and do the same...

Very poor/non-existent customer service when you have an issue, such as I have/had with crappy "OCR" ribbons. NO ONE ever returns calls or emails. DO NOT BUY!!!!

I have ordered printer cartridges several times from Neximaging.com, and have had no problems. Someone mentioned that the checkout was through an insecure server. I have never encountered this problem. This company has the best price for my particular printer cartridge that I have been able to find.

Ordered a 6 cell battery received a 12 cell. This company is really bad. For customer service after returning the wrong item i never got the refund, plus on top of that they charge me a second time.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS. ALTHOUGH THEIR PRICES MAY BE LOW BUT IF THEY SELL DEFECTIVE ITEMS WHICH THEY WONT EXCHANGE WHAT GOOD IS IT? THE INK CARTRIDGE WHICH I BOUGHT FROM NEXIMAGING FOR SHARP AL800 IS LEAKING TONER WHICH THEY WONT REPLACE. THE INK SPILLS ON THE DRUM AND LEAVES RESIDUE ON THE DRUM RESULTING IN BAD COPIES. FINALLY, THEN THEY HAD THE NERVE TO HANGUP THE PHONE BECAUSE THEY DIDNT WANT TO EXCHANGE THE ITEMS. PLEASE AVOID THESE GUYS ! |

We purchase ALL of our ink, fax cartridges, toner cartridges and drums for our Canon and Brother machines for over a year now. We use all "re-manufactured" products, never a problem. Prices are fantastic, service is fast and the only one problem we had was taken care of promptly and courteously. Certainly there is room for improvement, but at these prices they are doing a great job by just staying in business!!!

I ordered a Lexmark t610 printer and I'm not real happy. First, the thing has non-factory rubber pads with metal inserts that have been glued to the bottom with epoxy. I now cannot attach the duplex unit to it, this makes it useless to me! Second, the overall condition of the printer is poor at best. There are several broken plastic pieces! In my opinion this printer was never refurbished but simply tested to see if it would print, then shipped to some sucker like myself.
