On-line ordering was easy. I had a question about delivery date, and PCNation customer service was easy to contact and helpful in answering my question. The item was shipped via UPS. The outside carton was crushed on one side. Lucky my item was in good shape. This is not the first time I have shopped on line (different vendors) and received the shipment via UPS where the outer container was in poor shape.
