I had to return one item and the Customer Service Rep did not tell me there is a postage-free shipping label available on line...hence I paid $8.00 to return the item! I think this is a bit ridiculous.

Product was unusually late in delivery. This merchant is usually more reliable. The rep I spoke to, although polite, had an accent and kept saying "wait til the 7th", since it was 9/13, I ask if she ment the 17th. She said, "Yes, the 7th". Very confusing. She didn't speak English well..product came on the 16th!

QVC is excellent, here is a example, I bought a microwave griller, when I went to use it for the first time, you had to preheat it for 3 mins, 1 min 23 sec into the process it started to bubble, not supposed to do that..I called immediately to CS they told me to hold on to it and let quality control talk to me, I got a call from the presidents office who wanted the package directed back to them, I sent it they got it and tested it and found it to be defective, the immediately gave me all my money back and offered me a 60, gift free of charge...they were excellent,the also called me with the results that it was defective and they were recalling them immediately. I would shop there again...they are fantastic

I have had great service from QVC, but the rebate for the epilater I never got my rebate check even though I sent in the form in back in June. I should have gotten arebate check for twenty five dollars. That was the only thing I can complain about.

QVC is always prompt, courteous, and reliable. My only glitch here was that the item-a coffeemaker had a flaw-very minor and I kept it. The lid on the caraffe was chipped on one side. The machine works great-and the caraffe can be replaced easy. I love shopping at QVC because I know that had I wished it, they would have taken the pot back-no trouble. I have been a QVC customer for many years, and they are reliable and professional.

i generally have a great experience with qvc. a little frustrated this time getting the wrong item in the order and then paying shipping not only to get the item and the wrong one but paying shipping again to send it back being the wrong item...that's over $10 in shipping for something i don't have on my person....

QVC Has been around for a long time and based in my home state of Pennsylvania and my former home area SE PA. They need more hosts especially younger guys and use 2 hosts for each show it makes it much more enjoyable to watch and buy. I remember their first show with Kathy Levine (bring her back) and John Eastman. Have a theme song played before every show and show a montage of the upcoming hosts like before. And PLEASE get more items made in The USA to much made in China poorer quality. And the S&H is too expensive play some daily games again give an incentive to shop more and give Q-Dollars on shoppers Birthdays they forgot we made them popular. Thanks

The prices are high, but the easy installments are good. If there is a wait list, they should not announce on TV that there are still some left. The announcers should have more up to date information.

My only complaints are when it takes 2-3 months to issue a credit on the merchandise returned, but the charge on the account is instant . How can this be rectified?

I still have my first purchase(herringbone necklace 14k) my favorite and only shopping network! I love the convenience of shopping online, especially after seeing an item presented on air. I can find the same brands and styles to match something I've seen on air. I also like having the personal reviews by other consumers. I love the Denim & Co. line of clothing. I know the sizing, and it fits my lifestyle. I've been a QVC customer for more than 18 years, and will continue. The only negative thing I can say about QVC is the shipping and handling charges. They are higher than most online shopping sites.
