I shop online for spare parts. Online showed quantity on hand. When purchased i was informed there were none in stock. I cancelled the order. During research to find a replacement found your site again which still showed in-stock. When purchasing parts i am usually in a hurry to acquire the parts. Can not shop at a site where the in-stok/onhand may not be accurate.

The product was ordered on June 19 in the evening. To date, June 29, I have not yet received delivery of the order. Therefore, I cannot honestly answer all of the survey questions.

I ordered a "new bulk" power supply for a Compaq/HP tape library. What showed up was very used with a worn-out fan.
I don't care for the false advertising.

DO NOT BUY FROM SERVERSUPPLY. Their customer service is HORRIBLE!

We have a failed hard drive in one of our servers (thank god it's not a production box, but still..) so I ordered the hard drive I needed to use to replace the failed drive and, despite sending me an email saying that the item had gone to shipping that very day, it never arrived! So the following week I attemped to contact them via email the next week to inquire about status and received no response.

Next I called and was told the order "somehow" never shipped, but that they would send it out today and I would get it in a couple days. Being that it was their oversight, I requested they ship it overnight and cover the cost due to their mistake. They refused, even after speaking with a Manager, which is RIDICULOUS given the circumstances and especially being a server supply parts company. So I've canceled my order and am taking my business elsewhere. Forget ServerSupply.com, they have zero business ethics and their customer service is atrocious.

I ordered a power supply for a particular Dell computer. The one that arrived had one power connector for the hard drive that was the wrong plug. Fortunately, I was able to remove the plug I needed from the old power supply and add it to the new one.

Everything from placing the order to getting it went well. A change had to be made in the order due to supply of merchandise. Serversupply got in touch with me quickly by phone and offered me acceptable options to get the product I wanted. Shipping was done quickly and tracking my order was very easy. I am very pleased with the service I received and would not hesitate to order again.

I could not be more impressed with the whole purchase process from Serversupply. I ordered a Print server but needed it shipped to me the next day. I emailed the representative and was surprised that she replied immediately with the solution. Package arrived within 24 hours and was extremely well packaged and in great condition. Because of this wonderful experience, I've since bought another item from Serversupply with the same service. They've earned my trust and my future business!

Completely an awful experience!!! No email/confirmation on the order, etc. after they processed the order but nothing after that.

I ordered a Hard Drive from them which arrived "Dead on Arrival". I contacted them through email (both customer service AND returns) THREE times with no answer. The fourth time, I wrote them that I would contact Better Business Bureau if they did not respond and they immediately called me back that same day. They gave me an RMA (which they asked the reason on two separate phone calls). I called to verify the status (which I asked for a replacement) but nope, just credited my credit card, no answer, no reply, no nothing.

The tech couldn't speak English well enough to understand what I was saying.....awful.

Very attractive, informative, easy to navigate website. Simple to select desired items for order. Emailed confirmations were very thorough with detailed description of the item as well as current tracking information. I ordered a Cisco 877 ADSL router from these guys. They were very good at not pressuring, and promptly getting my order down CORRECTLY. I tried a couple of other places, the first completely lied to me about the availability. I paid a bit more to get it from these guys compared to the top 2 cheapest, but its worth it in the end...I’ll pay a little extra to have a piece of mind and not be hassled on the phone. go with these guys. This merchant may not be the cheapest but they do deliver as they promise on the website. I made a phone call to check on the availability of the items that I was planning to order. Service on the phone was quick and proved to be accurate. I got my order within a week as promised. All items where packed with care and arrived in good condition. Others have great advertisements but don't follow through.

I was amazed with their service. I needed some additional memory for my computer, and, after spending some time looking for the best deal for that particular item, I found it at their store. I placed the order on-line at 2AM on Tuesday, and the same day afternoon I got an e-mail telling me that the item had been shipped (they also provided me with the UPS tracking number). I received the parcel on the next day, Wednesday, around noon. That is, the whole on-line purchase took only 34 hours! The best on-line shopping experience so far!

DO NOT deal with these people!! I called to verify availability of a part, which they told me it was in stock. I then placed the order on their web site only to receive an Email from them the next day informing me that the part was back ordered!! What's wrong with this picture?? I then called to cancel the order and they were very unfriendly. Avoid at all costs! Exceedingly poor customer service.
