NEVER AGAIN!! SHIPPED USED DISKS, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, OVER 2 MONTH TO REFUND MONEY.

Beginning of August I ordered 2 HP 72G ultra320 scsi hot swap drives, the exact same as a few weeks earlier. The first time all was ok, I got the disks, they were retail versions (as promised). Well, in August I got 2 disks that were NOT original retail versions, they looked like bulk disks. So, I called and they said that I got what I ordered and I said that a few weeks before I ordered the exact same product number, but this time I got bulk products instead of retail (with 3 year warranty). They said that I could ship them back but had to pay shipping and 15% restocking. So, I thought I bite the bullet and use them. I put them into the server, ran the HP disk utility and found that one of them had already read errors and both of them were used for over 20000 hours already. Wow, they sent me USED products. SO, after spending hours with their so-called customer service I finally got an RMA and FedEx number so that they would pay for shipping. That was August 11. It took them way over a month to give me my money back, which was finally yesterday 9/27/6. WHAT A NIGHTMARE! I will NEVER BUY THERE AGAIN.
