TotalVac has LOST MY BUSINESS !!!!!!

I have a hard to find vacuum cleaner bags.
I search and found TotalVac.com with good prices and an easy website.

I placed and order and got an email receipt with no issues; BUT THE PRODUCT NEVER ARRIVED.

I tracked and traced the order and found that the package had been reported as DELIVERED, but not at my address.

I went to the local USPS [shipped using FedEx EasyShip], and had a trace placed on package. I also called the company to see what could be done.

The USPS gave me the answer I expected -- Substitute carrier delivered and scanned package, possibly at wrong address. Package was not recovered. Just as expected.

What was unexpected was the attitude I got from TotalVac Customer Service. I was immediately told that because the USPS scanned the package as delivered, they had no responsibility. Probably the correct answer, but NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I asked them to trace the package from origin. They agreed. I called back 5 days later and there was no record of me ever calling into Customer Service!! In addition, the woman was HOSTILE to my even questioning that there might be a delivery issue.

TotalVac is evasive and condescending to customers.
!!!!NOT RECOMMENDED AS A PURCHASE POINT!!!!
