Zappos is so quick to get the order to me I can order at virtually the last minute and receive the product within a couple of days. The return policy is excellent. I did get the wrong color shoe but decided I liked it and will keep it.

you look, you find, you click, they send, and if you don't like it, you print a return label and give it back, no angst. Even easier than returning it to a store! And I feel there IS someone on the Zappos' side looking after your credit paperwork etc. it's not going to be lost because there IS "someone watching the store"... unlike Amazon to a 3rd party vendors... ugh...

With the free shipping both ways it is just like going into a store and trying something on because once your item arrives and you decide you do not want it or it does not fit, no problem just ship them right back for a quick refund!
