The one pair of boots that I ordered were 2 different colors and the toe box looked as if it had been worn. I do really appreciate the fact that you have free returns. Each time I have purchased, my order has come within 2 days. This time was less than 24 hours. I love this online service! My daughter is able to find more styles in brands she likes. Zappos is by far the best shopping experience I have ever had. The customer service is very professional, personable & helpful. The website is extremely user friendly. The return policy is the best in the business. I placed my last order at 9pm and received it the very next day without my asking for expedited shipping and the shipping is always free to the customer  I would shop here again	Author's Rating:

Unfortunately needed to exchange the size of the shoes I ordered...(which actually arrived really fast)..the representative was exceptionally pleasant and offered the best customer service I have experienced anywhere in a very long, long time!! I was surprised when Zappos upgraded my shipping. I had my shoes two days after ordering, even though I did not request or pay for express shipping. Excellent shopping experience on an easy-to-navigate website. Better selection than shoes.com. Good range of "on sale" products. Easy check out procedure. Zappos upgraded my free shipping to 2-day UPS, perhaps because I was a new customer - whatever, I appreciated the added value! Excellent site. you look, you find, you click, they send, and if you don't like it, you print a return label and give it back, no angst. Even easier than returning it to a store! And I feel there IS someone on the Zappos' side looking after your credit paperwork etc. it's not going to be lost because there IS "someone watching the store"... unlike Amazon to a 3rd party vendors... ugh...  I would shop here again	Author's Rating:
