Have shopped at zappos a couple times now. Both times for specific brands/styles of hard to find shoes & zappos never fails to have every kind every time! They are awesome! I understand that zappos now offers clothing & other items & plan to become a regular customer & also tell all my friends how awesome zappos is.

Great store. My son had to have all black uniform shoes for school and we got two great pair here. I also ordered three pair of flip flops. One did not fit but will be mailed back today. The return policy seems very easy and straightforward.
I will shop here again I am sure!

A friend of mine told me about Zappos.com and how wonderful the shoe selection and the services was,so I thought I'd give it a try. That night after seeing my friend Nightline ran a piece on Zappos. I watch it and again the outstanding service and selection s were mentioned so I took it as a sign from god that I should shop! The site is easy to manuver around, the service is fantastic - my shoes arrived overnight - from your site to Mass overnight, Fabulus!! I hate shopping and this is perfect for the shopping impaired and challenged!!

excellent service. I ordered 2 different brands and they fit differently. I called in and asked if they either one had a history of running small or large. The lady took the time to go to customer comments of each shoe and told me what % of people said. I am totaly happy to shop Zappos forever. They upgraded my shipping to warp speed FREE.

EXTREMELY SATISFIED. I AM RECOVERING FROM FOOT SURGERY AND NEEDED AN EXTRA WIDE SNEAKER FOR MY FIRST SHOE. WITH ONE VISIT TO THE SITE, I WAS ABLE TO OBTAIN WHAT I NEEDED WITHOUT HAVING TO LEAVE MY HOUSE AND DO A LOT OF WALKING THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN DIFFICULT FOR ME. I LOVE Zappos.com!!!! I've bought almost every pair of shoes I own for the last 4 years from Zappos. I recommend you to everyone I know and quite a few I don't. I even buy my husband's shoes from Zappos now, including his Red Wing work boots. What else is there to say? I'd rather go shoeless than buy my shoes from anywhere else! For example, my last order, I placed my order after 5pm and still received my order the very next day. No other online store can top that. No regular store can top your selection!!!!!!!!!!! Zappos rocks!
