Etronics has been a complete disappointment. They change their story every time I call them, and I have waited and waited for them when they put me on hold.
This is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. I have received the wrong product and simply cannot get a refund for the difference after I sent the wrong product back. Etronics personal are dishonest, rude, and profoundly incompetent. Customer service is a complete joke. They will tell you whatever they feel will get rid on you, and then when you call them back, the whole stupid process starts over. It is really hard to believe that people can be so mean, self-centered, and untruthful. I don't know how people like this can live with themselves. The whole experience has soured me to online transactions when you cannot tell if the business is honest or not. The reason their prices can be lower sometimes is because they later rip you off if you have a problem. |

I bought two Yamaha speakers from them. The boxes arrived by UPS completely mangled, one of the speakers had obviously spent some time outside the box... I returned them immediately, and that is when the trouble started. Normally a reputable company will ship out replacements after UPS tells them the goods were damaged and being returned, not these guys. You would think they would send out a replacement after they receive the damaged goods, nope, not these guys. 10 days *AFTER* they received the damaged goods, and still nothing. I finally gave up, cancelled the order, and opened up a dispute with my CC.
I am pretty sure they shipped the speakers in an old box, the new ones have strapping on both ends. In 30 yrs of getting various stuff from UPS, I have never seen a box arrive in such a shape. Worse, Etronics does not stand behind it. Avoid these guys at all costs, not worth the hassle. |

My order was acknowledged quickly, packaged very well and shipped within a few days of the order. It arrived in excellent shape and came with an instruction manual and warranty registration card. This power supply works extremely well and has become an item of many uses in my RC hobby shop. I use it daily and it performs better than I expected, I am very pleased with my purchase and my experience with Etronics. They are highly recommended.

We received a defective meat grinder and the replacement worked fine, however we were informed we had to pay the return postage for the defective grinder. That happened to be an error and when my poor review was noticed by etronics, they refunded our shipping. They also stated that they would look into why the grinder we received was labeled a 200 watt motor but described on their web page as an 800 watt motor.

I've ordered from Etronics before. As before, the product arrived quickly and I got a great price too. Can't find Dynamat Extreme any cheaper and in stock anywhere else. They have a broad selection of items, their website is easy to navigate through and ordering from them is fast. I would definitely order from Etronics again.

I was very happy with the service. The product was just as advertised and shipping was fast. The price was the lowest I could find at the time and the product was brand new and in factory sealed box.The Braun Pulsonic 9585CC Shaver is the best electric razor I have ever used...I have tried to use electric razors in the past but could never get a close shave. This is the closest shave and it is fast,, the self cleaning system makes using the shaver that much easier. Having a clean and sterile shaver each morning is automatic with the cleaning system. The system refills are readily available and moderately priced. The blade lasts up to 18 months before having to be replaced.. so it will cost less to use then a hand held disposable blade system.

Back in January of this year, I purchased a Nikon D70s Kit from Etronics. Paid a little under $800.00. In September of 2007, the LCD monitor failed and I sent the camera to Nikon for warranty service. Nikon informed me that the camera is "gray market". Not meant for sale in the USA. It has no warranty and Nikon will not repair it even if I paid them. Etronics indicates that they never claimed the camera came with a warranty!!! Uhh ok. But its gray market and they never mentioned that either. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE

Purchased unit because product description said would play CDs. When unit failed to play CDs as advertised (unstated additional equipment requirement of attached TV) the 30 day customer satisfaction guarantee turned into a no return, no exchange, no way.

I found a good price on a Braun KF580-W AromaDeluxe coffee maker at Etronics. Site said in stock, usually ships in 24 hours. I question whether it truly was in stock since it took more like 48 hours to ship and there was no way to check the status of my order in the interim. Once it shipped, tracking information was provided. The coffee maker arrived in good shape and was what I ordered. It just took longer than I was led to believe.
I will likely order from this vendor again, but it would not be my first choice. I have had better customer service - in terms of being informed about what is going on regarding my order - from other sites. |

I ordered 2 different items, and 2 of each item. I got a shipping confirmation and a tracking #. It showed up on time, and the packing list showed the order was shipped complete. Only problem was I received one of the four items I ordered.
I informed them what happeded and supposedly they corrected the problem. A few days later I got one more item. Five days later I got confirmation for one more package. I am hoping it has the other 2 items, and not just one of them. There was too much follow up on my part, I would rather the order show up in 2 weeks, dont think thats too much to ask. I'm going on week three. |

I bought a Motorola Razr V3 phone from Etronics. Apparently, they get their merchandise from the United Arab Emirates. This merchandise is not supported by Motorola in the USA. When the phone stopped working I sent it to Motorola in Indiana and was told that Motorola USA does not support this phone. Motorola suggested that I seek a remedy with the retailer (Etronics). Etronics at first said that they would email to me information on how I can return the phone to them for repair. That email never came. When I called Etronics back the customer service rep said that I was lying about their offer to repair the phone and that Motorola was lying about not supporting the phone. Etronics refused to provide any remedy so I'm stuck with a non-working phone from the UAE. Beware of buying any bargains from this company lest you get stuck too. Apparently their prices seem low because their merchandise is of questionable quality or unsupportable in this country. Also, if you want to be called a liar then by all means buy the inferior merchandise offered by Etronics and then deal with their service department.
