I PURCHASED TO EXPENSIVE FURNACE FILTERS FOR ALLERGIES FROM IALLERGY.COM, I INSTALLED ONE OF THE FILTERS AND IT CAME APART AT THE CORNERS 5 DAYS AFTER BEING INSTALLED IN THE FURNACE, IT LOOKS LIKE THE GLUE DIDN'T HOLD ON THE CARDBOARD OF THE FILTER CORNERS, I IMMEDIATELY CONTACTED IALLERY.COM AND OFFERED TO RETURN DEFECTIVE FILTER FOR AN EXCHANGE FOR A NEW ONE SINCE THE ONE WITH THE DEFECTIVE CORNERS IS NOT EFFICIENT, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT IALLERGY.COM REFUSED TO EXCHANGE OF GIVE REFUND FOR THE DEFECTIVE ITEM 1 WEEK AFTER DELIVERY, I WAS TOLD TO CONTACT THREE M AND MAKE THEM RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DEFECTIVE FILTER.
I CALLED THREE M AND THEY WERE APPALLED THAT IALLERGY.COM REFUSED TO REPLACE DEFECTIVE FILTER AND REFERRED ME TO THREE M TO REPLACE THE FILTER THAT WAS ONLY ONE WEEK OLD.
I WOULD NOT ADVISE MAKING ANY PURCHASES FROM THIS COMPANY, DUE TO THE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ATTITUDE.

Very easy to navigate the site and place the order. Received order confirmation and shipping information very quickly. Order arrived via UPS in excellent condition in just a few days. Dehumidifier works very well. We have it on the continuous setting, draining into the floor drain in the basement. It's so quite that every now and then we go downstairs just to see if it's running. We noticed a difference from our old dehumidifier right away and now feel much "greener" energy-wise. I can see why this product had the best consumer reviews.

iAllergy always answered my emails, kept me updated on the status of my order. Emailed the UPS tracking number so I could see where my dehumidifier was, and when I would get it. I received my order on the exact date iAllergy said I would. We are planning to order from this company again. I rate it 5 stars!! And I'm telling my famiy and friends about this great seller.

I placed a second order less than an hour after my initial order which did not meet the minimum dollar amount to qualify for free shipping. I did ask if they could combine the orders since my initial order did qualify for the free shipping. They were very accommadating and sent me an e-mail informing that they would combine the orders.

I found iAllergy while searching for a highly rated dehumidifier. Because they had not only the lowest price, but were also the highest rated online store, I placed my order. The item was listed out of stock, but I ordered anyway because everyone was out of stock for it at that time. Ordered on Sunday 07/13/08, and called Monday 07/14/08 to find out when they'd be restocking...the item arrived TODAY 07/15!!! Annnd, they had answered my call on the FIRST RING, with NO hold time! The gentleman was helpful, professional, and spoke very clearly! :) BEST ONLINE STORE EVER! Five star!! :)
